How do I create an account?
Go to the Sign Up page, enter your name, valid phone number, and create a password between 4–8 characters. Then tap Submit.
How do I contact customer service?
Use the Contact Us section in the app or website to send a message. You can also reach us via WhatsApp or call using numbers provided.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, credit/debit cards (including MasterCard), and Swift transactions.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive tracking updates under the "My Orders" section in the Message Center.
