2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The product or service delivered was defective or not as described.
- The order was cancelled within the permitted time frame before shipment or processing.
- A duplicate transaction was processed in error.
3. Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not been shipped or the service has not commenced. After this window, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times vary:
- Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel): 1–3 business days
- Bank Cards: 3–7 business days
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Downloadable digital products after access has been granted
- Services already rendered in full
